1. Eligibility for Returns:
   Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
2. Conditions for Returns: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used cosmetic products are not eligible for returns.

5. Refund Process:
   Refunds are processed within 7 days of return approval and it will credited to the original payment method within 7 days.
